Monetacoin is the first Token now offered via Monetaforge Investor platform and is entitled to sharing a portion of the profits and loss of Moneta which will be maintained and reported by Moneta on the company Balance Sheet as “Retained Earnings for Monetacoin Token Holders” with intended distributions to be made when cash-flow reserves are deemed sufficient as determined by management. Moneta is building a portfolio of companies and assets under management. Moneta is the parent of Monetaforge which collects DMIA services fees in the form of FIAT and Token allocations, thereby Monetacoin will benefit from all Moneta Community Tokens that are offered via Monetaforge.
