Moneta is a privately held holding company registered in the Cayman Islands. Currently, Moneta has two subsidiaries, these being Monetaforge and Vi Holdings SPC.
Monetaforge is Registered with the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority as a Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP) with Registration # 2017470. Monetaforge provides Design, Mint, Issue and Administration (DMIA) Services for Permissioned Securities Tokens.
Vi Holdings SPC is a Segregated Portfolio Company with portfolios focused on specific or mixed asset types.
The “Moneta Community” is the name of a collection of related and unrelated entities that are building an ecosystem to better enable Virtual (or Digital) Assets (Tokens) to Tokenize, Fractionalize, Monetize, and Optimize many types of assets (both illiquid and liquid).
There are many other entities that are part of the Moneta Community, including GG Bond Holdings SPC, Ironwood SPC, Tokeny, Xenia and many soon to be announced. Some are holding companies with asset portfolios that are being tokenized. Some are trading or crypto loaning companies to help enable asset growth and access to finance. Some are platform or exchange providers. We hope to build the Moneta Community ecosystem and we welcome participants who can be a valuable contributor to the community.
